This may sound a bit stupid lol. Rusk biscuits...are they really that low in fat? I just looked on here and it says that there is only a tiny bit of fat in them. Usually on a night time i try to find low fat foods with a fair few calories in them who'd have thought Rusks would be that good as they are a biscuit. Is there something else bad in them or is it ok to eat them on a strict diet?
