I am a Greek woman of 43 and I want my life back!
In oder to do this, I need to stay commitment!
My goal is not about losing weight, this will come after I will reach my goal!
My goal is to STAY COMMITMENT!
Does this makes any sence to you?!?! :)

I am all new to this area and this type of effort for losing weight, so all the help for motivation you could spare, would be just great for me!
