What I love about Mondays

Hi all!
I am here and ready to do work. The holidays are behind me and I'm feeling squishier than I like. I know I am definitely at the top end of my comfortable weight and I have to get myself back under control. This time, however, I want MORE. I secretly dream of weighing much less than I do now. There, I admitted it, I want to be smaller than I have ever been in my whole adult life. Whew.
That said, let me introduce myself. I'm Jane and I've been watching my weight since 2001. Back then, I started my diet path at 204 lbs. I can't recall but I think I got down to about 168. I loosened the diet reigns and since then have fluctuated between 173 and 180 although I'm pretty sure that my scale lies in the best and worst way. I have had success at WW and I'm excited to see that myfitnesspal essentially follows that exact type of tracking. I know I can do this and I don't have to pay!
So, anybody want to help me keep myself in line? Every one of us struggles with this in our own way and I often feel like I'm alone in my weight loss. If I enlist family, they end up leaning heavily on me to manage their diet plan as well as my own and of course they love to pin it to me when they can't lose weight! At least here I'll have comrades instead of hangers-on.
What do I love about Mondays? They are days where we can begin again.

Hello & Happy New Year
I have used MyFitnessPal of & off over the past two years and overall it has helped me to loose 8Kg I now feel the healthiest I've been as an adult and I found it a great app to monitor daily intake, especially sugar and salt! I still have some way to go in terms of improving my fitness and eating the right foods, these are my goals for 2014
