weight loss challenge ideas?

About to start our annual weight loss challenge at work, and looking for some fresh ideas to use. Typically it lasts for about 15 weeks. The top three get the majority of the pot, with the remaining being split among everyone else that lost, based on % loss. Inevitably, a lot of people lose interest after a few weeks and stop trying/sending updates. Looking for ideas on how to keep people going, maybe add in weekly or bi-weekly rewards, anything. Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hiya, that sounds like such a great idea!
How about a biweekly healthy food potluck where everyone (or just one person at a time) brings in a healthy snack or meal for everyone else to share and try? or setting up small but attainable weekly targets (such as X number of workouts in a week) with follow up emails cheering on those that met them and motivating everyone else?
Another option I've seen sometimes at my own work is having different workshops, like a yoga instructor coming in one day giving a free sample session..
a visual board in the office with each person's name and loss goal, with stickers showing their progress might be another option, while keeping their numbers private, a sticker every few pounds lost could be fun!
Hope these ideas help, good luck!0
