Low Iron?

Today I looked at my reports and everything was just fine, but my Iron - it shows too low. What I can I do? What foods you would recommend?

I've found it is quite hard to calculate your iron on here as people don't tend to put it in when entering a food or the food wrapper doesn't even tell you what it is. I tried to calculate mine, as I have low iron quite a lot and wanted to try and get out of the iron tablet cycle. But even with things that I know are quite high in iron it was coming up as zero. Things like liver, beef, nuts, wholegrain foods, tofu and green leafy veg, oysters, clams and mussels and also dark chocolate are all good for iron.0

Yeah, I noticed when I only add chicken livers do my daily meals the iron goes high. Thanks a lot0 -
Hey guys,
I struggle with iron. For lunch today, I made a 'lentil bolognese' and my iron still didn't go up. Poods was correct, most of the data isn't even entered. I recommend eating foods high in iron, that you enjoy, and getting tested every now and then.
