    20 degrees on the gulf coast. Wind chill in the teens. Almost broke a record from the 1800s but not quite.

    It is currently -11 degrees outside in Southwest Michigan - Windchill is -33! Schools are closed because the windchill is in danger zone.

    - 14 with out wind chill, - 40 with wind chill, add in snow squalls and we are having a lovely day... Schools are all closed

    Yesterday was minus 50 degrees celsius with the wind chill; today is a balmy minus 37 with the windchill.

    Also schools/work have never EVER closed due to cold. Though on days like these I wish we did

    It is -3 here in Tennessee. With the wind chill it feels like -10. This is the SOUTH for crying out loud....I want my warm weather back!! :laugh: But tomorrow is supposed to be 41 so I guess I'll survive.

    Started yesterday morning at -21 air temp, and -45 wind chill. It's a bit balmier today, only -7 air temp and -21 wind chill. Supposed to be 30 by Saturday!

    6 deg F in GA! -15 with the windchill. Nothing compared to many places but for GA...lets just say avoiding this is why many people live in GA. Plus everyone panics. But seriously even our heaters aren't designed to work that low, that is how rare this is!

    2 winters ago we had snow one day in February then sun and like 70s the next. NC is nuts. We should at least have snow if its this cold :sad:

    It is currently 34 degrees at the Magic Kingdom here in Orlando. Today we bundle up however by the weekend we are back to wearing flip flops and suntan lotion because the high suppose to be 80's starting Friday. Born and raised here in Florida I really think I could survive in the northern states.
