:smile: Hi my name is Linda I am 56 years old and need to lose like 100 pounds:frown:
I was happy with my work out today and I am here to stay.. want to meet people and find out your tricks and your weight loss goal. For me its not about weight but why am I heavy? I work in a group home for special needs adults and I am there 24/7 for a week then off a week and this week took a few more days.. so glad it is Friday and so glad to be home. Here in Wichita Ks there is lots of clouds, cold and rain.. guess a good day to make soup or chili... just drop by and tell me hi. Linda:heart:

    Hi my name is Lynda as well.

    I joined in august & already lost 14 pounds. This website is great & you will get addicted.

    I sent you a friend request - my diary is open ... I live in Illoinois , hour from chicago. It's 56 here today but sunny.
