Carb Intake 15% IIFYM Meal Ideas!

After being stalled for oh about 5-6 months now, I used the IIFYM calculator to calculate my macros. First let me tell you I am not exercising at this time and I have no true valid excuse. It is what it is. Crazy 12 hour overnight shifts, subzero weather, home problems....blah..blah..blah.
Anyway, the calculator set my goals as follows:; C 38.6, P 139, F 55.6. When I plug that into MFP the carbs are roughly 15%. Seriously? I haven't had any "white" carbs in over a year, don't eat bread hardly anymore, fruit always hammers me. And I haven't been faithful with my diary or my meals in the past 2 months of this 5-6 month plateau. But I am trying to get back on track with my food intake.
Anyone have comparable macros? I need ideas, open diaries without judgement to get some ideas. Thanks!

For some reason that calculator defaults to a ketogenic carb goal. You can change it within MFP.

Edit your macronutrient percentages until the correct numbers show up. You will have to adjust for the protein and fat and carbs will make up the remainder. For me that is a 40%/30%/30% split. I would never be able to stick to 15% carbs and it's unnecessary to do so.0 -
My WeightWatchers meeting leader would always tell people that were stalled to decrease their fruits if they couldn't figure out what was stalling them. If you recognize that fruit is your weakness and you are trying to limit carbs, may want to switch what kinds of fruits you are eating and go for more low carb ones like berries instead of citrus, bananas, grapes, etc. Sometimes I'll eat cottage cheese or a low sugar yogurt and add berries and maybe a small piece of a higher carb fruit if I'm craving. For example a small scoop of blueberry, strawberries and raspberries and one small pineapple chunk (about 1"). Just a suggestion.0

I would change some of those proteins to carbs. Your body is just going to end up having to try to change the proteins in to carbs for energy anyway if you eat your macros at those amounts.0

15%? wow that's crazy. I wouldn't be able to eat anything I eat now. My diary should be visable by the way. I've also been unfaithful in keeping up with my diary for the month of December due to the holidays and a death in the family I decided to just maintain so I'm just starting back but feel free to take a look. MFP automatically set my macros at 50% carbs, 30% fat, and 20% protein. On normal days I'm typically under my carbs, just shy or at my fats, and over my proteins.0
