      -40 -45 here in Minn. I require a beautiful trip to the French Polynesian islands but would settle for Costa Rica.

      This morning, in Ontario, Canada, with the windchill it was -38 degrees C which is -36.4 degrees F which is insanely cold even for Canada! LOL! Between the frigid cold, mix of rain/freezing rain/snow leaving a mess on cars/roads/houses/power lines, and the ice storm (and people losing power) I have started to hibernate!!!!

      I was going to say I would like to beam myself to Jamaica but according to The Weather Network it feels like 42 degrees C (107 F) right now and that is too humid for me! I'll pick Honolulu, Hawaii where it feels like 25 C (77 F) right now which sounds just right!

      i grew up in northern minnesota. i'd go back there. less b!tching about the cold or the snow or the ice there. :laugh:

      i realize not everyone grows up accustomed to October-May winters with snow regularly over 6" and temps regularly below freezing. :wink:

      I would stay right here with the cold, snow and ice. I just love it. I actually dread summer *gasps* haha. I am not for the heat etc. So I love it being cold etc.

      It's minus 40 with the wind chill today. I would rather be, quite simply, in my bed with my cats watching a movie. Two hours and 20 minutes until work is done.

      hmm well today is 1 degree and last night it was 13 below so the Caribbean on cruise would be nice or just fast forward to the summer or spring where I live. Hate having to stay in with my daughters, but they said on Sat it would be 45 so that's like a heat wave lol
