Hi guys I'm new to all this and need a little help with the food diary!

How do we calculate excersize if it's not in the list!?

Can anyone help me?

    1. Use some other method (machine readout, heart rate monitor)
    2. Find something similar

    What are we talking about, specifically?
  • Legs bums and tums, Zumba and normal gym I think I can monitor the gym the the classes I can't???

    I would recommend a Heart Rate Monitor.

    Zumba is in there, if you are using the gym cardio equipment use the calorie burn it says on the equipment and you can pull it up by equipment name (treadmill for example), strength training (weights) is in there, if you are doing sit-ups , push-ups etc it's under calisthenics, most all exercises I've looked for have been in there. If it's not you can add it.

    That would be the most accurate for any type of cardio work.

    I use 275, but that's because I tend to do compound cardio exercises.
