Getting back on track!

Hello,
I started the south beach diet on Dec. 26 and it's my 2nd time doing the diet. I did it about 1.5 years ago but stopped when we were remodeling our kitchen so it was hard for me to eat healthy. I'm gonna be 36 this year and have been a fat kid/adult most of my life so I want to do this for myself and to prove to myself that I can do it. I had great success using MFP to track what I was eating throughout my day the last time so it was a no brainer to use this again!
I am 5'2 tall with a starting weight of 196. My goal or ideal weight is around 140 to 150 because I would be happy at this weight! Good luck to all and hopefully I continue to get advice and tips from the MFP community!

Hey yall. I am 5'11" and....brace yourself....375. I have gone up and down the past 5 years and with me turning 50 later this year, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. I am already challenged by walking with a prosthetic leg after being struck by a car 19 years ago, but I want to someday buy myself a bicycle and ride like I used to many many years ago. I wanna shop for clothes wherever I want and not have to go to specialty stores. I want to fly in an airplane without having to use a seatbelt extender.0
