    Hello, Roxie, my name is Donna from Iowa and I am new to this site and am just getting started toward healthy. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis in 2003 and due to the pain gave up on exercising because it hurt so bad. This year I want to get healthy so I can enjoy my grandchildren and life in general. If I lose weight, it will be better for my joints and muscles.
