It's time to take care of me

Hello everyone!

I am happily married and have 2 beautiful girls! I love caring for my family but I have neglected to take proper care of myself. I am excited that I've realized that I need to do a better job of caring for myself. I'm not selfish. I deserve it!????

I know this will be worthwhile and I can't wait for the numbers on the scale to decrease.

    You do deserve it!!! I think as parents we feel this guilt to take time for ourselves....but when those little sweet babies become teenagers from hell - you need an outlet and time to focus on you!

    Hi there, I know what you mean, I have two wonderful girls two and we get so wrapped up in their lives and sports etc which is awesome but we do forget about us!!

    But you are so right! We deserve to be healthy and happy and spend some time focused on ourselves.
