Cindy Crawford Shape Your Body

Cindy Crawford Shape Your Body was my introduction to fitness back when I was 14 in the early nineties. I always remember it being a very challenging workout and it kept me fit through high school and college. Since it was on VHS, I eventually abandoned it for other other routines, (DVD or classes and strength programs at the gym). But I found a link to the entire video online. Can't wait to give it a shot. So it anyone wants an oldie but goodie, here it is:

Finally did the workout and I understand why I was so fit in my teens and early twenties. Cindy really kicks butt. I have done Insanity 3 times and just about every Jillian Michaels workouts and Cindy Crawford is still a challenge. I think it might be back into my rotation.0

I used to do Cindy in my teens and twenties, too. Now I own the DVD and do it also in my rotation of DVDs. Glad to see I am not the only one who loves her stuff. I also have The Next Challenge and A New Dimension. Thanks for the post.0

My fav real real old VHS workouts are Susan Powter, and Lucky Venaus. I'm surprised to hear that Cindy was kicking butt, I always thought it would be a "cute" little workout! Good for you.0

I used to struggle with stairs the day after a Cindy workout. I guess I will see if that still holds true tomorrow0 -

I never tried her other workouts, but I heard they were challenging as well. i hadn't thought about Cindy in years, but the other day my husband and I were watching The World's End and they played that song Loaded in the film. When I heard "We want to be free, we want to free to do what we want to do," I had flashbacks of Radu counting leg lifts. That made me look up the video and I considered buying a DVD copy, but thankfully someone uploaded it on youtube.0
