Hello

I've just joined and am hoping to loose some weight for several reasons. I have just ballooned these past couple of years and am at the heaviest i have been!!!!

I have tried Slimming World before but couldnt really get into for some reason. I am going away in 16 days and would like to loose a couple of pounds before then. i feel i may of left it a little late though.

I'm thinking that the plan move more eat less could be the way forward.

Anybody any tips on low calorie meals that would fill me up. I am quite a fussy eater and dont like many things. I like meats and fish and limited veg.

Also thinking of doing 30 day shred. Anybody got any reviews.

Thanks in advance

I lost 5 stone in my first attempt at weight loss, but after some very hard times recently have regained four.

I can totally recommend 30 day shred, stick with it the results are amazing. I'm currently doing Jillian's yoga meltdown with a couple of cardio aerobic sessions a week.

Like you I also started out a very fussy eater, and am gradually fixing that. I find 'hiding' vegetables works - chopping them small enough that i can't pick them out, or blending them into soups and sauces. Also, find what works for you. You don't have to like mushrooms but you may love lentils. Pears may be a no no but you could love a pomegranite.

    Good luck!

-Try new things. Or old things, cooked in different ways than you have tried previously.
  • Have you tried cooking or dehydrating your favorite fruit? Fried bananas or baked yams are very delicious and a much healthier alternative than cupcakes lol
