Hi pals,

I ordered a spicy tuna bowl over rice at my local supermarket's deli counter. But, I'm having a hard time figuring out what to use for calories for the spicy tuna portion. Any other sushi lovers out there who may be able to help - I would love to hear from you.:glasses:

    I would assume that the tuna is raw and probably about 6oz. or so. The spicy sauce that sushi places usually use is called sriracha.
