Well damn, I no longer qualify for 30's and I laugh at being in my 20's again. So here's a shout out to everyone in their 40's and staying healthy!!! We're in our prime!!!

    Celebrate your last months in your 40's, when you get to 50 pick up the celebration a notch!!! No slowing down, keep that mind and body active!!!
