Fish?

Is it bad to eat fish everyday? I have come to a point that Red meat and even chicken or pork just dont sound good. I LOVE seafood.... Being that I live in Myrtle Beach I have access to fresh seafood which is WAY better than the stuff I used to buy when I lived in Michigan... I dont have a HUGE portion but I have been having fish and occasionally shrimp for dinner almost every night. Also wondering how much protein I should have each day. I find that I have been going over on protein most days.... So how much should I be eating??? Thanks in advance!!
Also, anyone else out there have a george foreman grill? I find that I use mine almost every night as well! LOVE IT!

I eat fish or seafood 5 days a week. I usually eat a 4-6 ounces with lots of veggies and sometimes some bread. I haven't had any negative effects and it has been over a year now. Good luck!!0

I went through a serious fish taco phase a few months back and I was eating fish like every day. I would grill tilapia on my george foreman grill and it was great. Personally I think the only problem might be with excess mercury levels, but I didn't notice any adverse effects.
Fish is one of the leanest proteins, and it's delicious too! I say party on! :drinker:0 -
im not sure how much protien ull get from fish. but fish is much healthier from wat i hear. but red meat and chicken is also needed but not everyday just once in a while0

Eat fish as often as you can. It's wonderful for you...brain food, great for your heart, skin and hair with all it's omegas. Dig in!0

I can't see any reason not to eat fish as often as possible (unless you are pregnant because of the mercury exposure).
I LOVE my George Foreman grill!0 -
Thanks!!! About the red meat... Do you need it for the CLA? If so, cant I just take a CLA suppliment to add it to my diet?? Because I would much rather eat fish/seafood personally and not only because it has lower calories and fat and all. I just prefer it these days. I used to LOVE a good steak but I just dont even crave it at all anymore...0
