30 Day Squat Challenge... Anyone done it?

Hi I was just wondering if anyone has done the 30 day squat challenge, and if so what were the results?

I want a nice bum! hahaha
So any help will be appreciated ... thanks in advance! :D xx

    That's funny! Just thought about trying this myself. I'm on the my 3rd day of 30 Day Shred, and my legs are so weak, that they shake in workout. I never realized just how bad it was. I was considering adding this to the mix! Plus a nice little booty would be awesome too ! If you start, let me know! I'm down to try! Maybe you could start a group or something!

    Yes, twice. Started the 3rd round today. Already 30 in.
  • The 30 day challenge worked for me. My butt got bigger and my thighs were stronger, but I still had a superficial layer of fat over top my results. So I would focus on diet, cardio and squatting really to get the best results instead of squatting all alone.

    Squatting is awesome because you can see results within a week actually.
  • I've done it before, but gave up after about 20 days as I was really busy with exams haha. But I have more free time now and so I started it again, I'm 8 days in and so far it's going well! It definitely works :)
