At the age of 42 I stepped into the 90's and bought my first personal cell phone a couple years ago.

I think I'm ready to advance another decade, any recommendations for apps?

    Runkeeper is great since you like to run- it can track everything for you and will sync with MFP, pandora is also nice for taking your music on the go, those are my important workout ones.There are also lots of timer or interval timer apps if you like to do HIIT stuff, zombies run is kinda neat, I also read about one called ghost race that was pretty cool sounding but I do not actually have it. Pretty much there is an app for everthing!

    Runkeeper is a great app which I use every day. You might also consider Digifit or Garmin Fit if you use a Garmin fitness device.
