I know the first few weeks are the killer, and I am looking for great people on here that would

love to be supportive and in turn will get a great supportive friend. :)

    Hi You guys, well I have been battling weight for a long time, and I believe support from people in the same boat is going to help on our journey. I have at least 100 lbs to lose, but am taking it in 10 lb increments. Small steps is what a friend said to me and I am trying! it is so easy to lose our way and want instant success. It takes time.....good luck to you both. If I can help in any way let me know.
