Good DVD for home strength workout (women)

Hi!

Wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a DVD that focuses on strength. I'd like a whole body workout to tone up and build some muscle.

I have Jillian Michael's RIpped in 30 DVD and I like her strength minutes (compound moves) and her ab minutes but prefer not to do the cardio section (I'd rather do cardio as a separate exercise session). I generally sub in some additional weight lifts during those cardio minutes of her circuits while I working with it..

I have dumb bells and a stability ball with which to work.

    I HIGHLY recommend ChaLEAN Extreme! I've done it twice with great results and is geared towards strength training!

    I recommend P90x. It's a fantastic series. You can go high reps and lower weight for toning rather than bulking if that's what you want.

    I recommend P90x. It's a fantastic series. You can go high reps and lower weight for toning rather than bulking if that's what you want.

    I agree here. I have not done ChaLEAN Extreme or I probably would recommend that also though :)
