What are the lowest calorie bread and/or wrap options? Please list the calories and brand. Thank you!

  I eat Sara Lee Whole Wheat Bread. Each slice has 45 calories. I also use Hungry Girl Whole Wheet Flat Wraps w/flax seed. They are 90 calories. Both are delicious.

  I bought them at Walmart. They were by the deli and near the tortillas.
