I am going to start a 2014 Ladies only group.
Here are the requirements:
1) must be female
2) must be under 5'4"
3) Must need to lose at least 20lbs or more. Me I am sitting at at least 50lbs
4) must really want this... It will be an active group with weighs and such!
5) Limit it to the first 100 people who email me with the below information and a friend request because I think that is the only way I can add you to a group.

I'm currently 235 lbs
I'd like to lose 100 lbs this year
I don't have any current measurements but will get to it today
I'd like to join this group because I have a past history of losing a lot of weight in an on line group (since regained) so I know this format can be very productive.
I just joined MFP so I don't have any idea of what you mean when you say private and when you say friend but I can usually figure things out pretty quick if I get some direction0 -

I have tried, time and time again to lose weight. I now have sleep apnea and desperately want to have a child but cannot regulate my hormones. I need to lose weight so my hormones will improve. My husband is wonderful but he is a Man and I cannot get the suport I'm looking for with him. He's too soft and always willing me to eat unhealthy.
I hope you don't mind!
