HIIT - Running in a Hallway, help?

Hi there! I've never done HIIT though I'm somewhat familiar with the concept (periods of hard work and recovery). I live in a large apartment building at college that is practically empty right now because it's still winter break and I recently did an inside workout running through the halls of all 7 floors while snowed in... anyway, for my last length of a hallway the other day, I sprinted it for the heck of it and it was quite fun! This led me to believe the length of the hallway might make a good place for HIIT, but I'm not really sure what that would look like/how I would go about that. Any suggestions, HIITers?

I use an app called Impetus for when I climb the stairs in the hospital. Are you looking for interval suggestions? 30s work/90s recovery, 30s work/60s recovery, 30s work/30s recovery, etc.?
I'll have to check that out! But I suppose? I'm kind of looking for a way to advantageously use the hallway for my benefit!!0 -
Try starting at 1 floor, run he length of the hallway, hen climb the stairs to the next level, repeat.
If u walk up the stairs that is your recovery.
Alternativly start t the top then stairs are eevn more recovery.0 -
