wheelchair exercises

Hi everyone, I am disabled and although can walk around the house slowly, using aids such as stair lifts etc, I find it very difficult to lose weight because I am unable to burn calories. If I leave the house at any time, I need to use a wheelchair as I can barely manage to walk 10 yards without being in severe pain.

I wonder if there is anyone out there in the same predicament as me and could offer any advice or tips. thanks.

    I dunno- wheel chair body building- he's a thing- he's a beast- very inspirational and goes to show you there are few limits!

    Could you tell us why you need the wheelchair? I was in one for over a year after a car accident. My leg was severaly broken, it healed very slowly and I had a paralysis on the right side. My spin was ok but there was no way for me to use crunches. What are your limitations and why. It will be easier to help you if we have more details.
