  • It all really depends on what you like to do for exercise. I have a few cardio dance videos that I love to use. Think about what you like to do and just take a look at your local store and start there.

I do walk away the pounds for cardio its quite easy so I'm planning to swap it out for something more challenging. For strength training I do Denise Austin Pilates Total Body Challenge, it's only 15 minutes long so I do it twice but I find it really hard.

Edit: They're both free on YouTube

collagevideo.com and totalfitnessdvds.com are great websites for finding information on DVDs. You get video clips, fitness level, equipment required, impact level.....tons of information

Starting out I would try something (free) or at least cheap. 5 years is nothing .....I'm over 50 ....try not working out for decades. You'll bounce back pretty quickly.

Anyway, youtube has some great videos

This gal is a favorite of mine. She has a YouTube channel .....there's cardio, strength training, barre, dance.....you should be able to find something you like

Hulu.com has a health & fitness channel ....I like that the videos are authorized by their creators (legal).

Your local library will have DVDs.....Netflix by mail is great if you are not sure what you like to do. I had a subscription for a few months....made a nice list of DVDs I enjoyed.
