Just did a bit of clothes shopping.
Trousers down 2" in waist and shirt down 1" in collar. Woohoo!

Congratulations! That is always a wonderful feeling.
I recently bought a pair of jeans to replace my size 21W and was ecstatic that I was a size 16 instead of 18.

Well done...and great reward for your success. Too often we use food as a reward but end up punishing ourselves again. Clothes shopping is a just reward...congrats!0
