Hi, I'm Maggie and just joined myfitnesspal. I was so pleased to find this site, not only does it allow me to enter foods on the go on my Iphone it is also geared to the UK which is a real bonus. I've used similar sites in the past but had to enter nearly all the foods I ate myself as they were all american. Only been using it for a day but looking good.
Looking forward to sharing experiences with others and hoping this will keep me on track

Welcome. I am starting my 5th month on MFP and I love it. It's the best decision I have made in many years. I have lost weight with diets many times before, but it was never a lifestyle change.
