Fight through those cravings! The first 2 weeks are always the hardest when changing your eating habits, but you will feel so much better once you do. What all have you changed about your diet?

You could always just eat what you're craving and work it into your calories for the day, no need to completely cut out your favourite foods.

Depends on what you're craving. If we're talking something that has a huge calorie density with low nutritional density (i.e. a McDonald's burger), then you'd end up spending the rest of your day eating very low calorie meals. This may lead you to feel like you're starving yourself, which would make the process even more difficult and unpleasant.

Here's a chart that gives you healthier options depending on your cravings.

Cut it in half :P. The pub near me does an amazing chocolate fudge cake, but it's 100 calories over my daily calorie limit, so I'd certainly struggle to fit it in. I can fit in half of it easily, though.

I do agree with you of course, if you're happy to swap it for something healthier/more filling that's better, just saying you don't need to cut out anything completely.

Okay I can agree with you on that. Take small steps at first to help the transition.
