starting too eat healthy need advice

Hi , I want to start eating healthier food to lose some weight. Now my weight is 193 lbs and my height is 6".

I'm new to this so I have a lot of question:

Is it OK to eat every 2 hour (3snack 3 meal)?

How much calorie should I eat for meal and snack?

Is it OK to eat eggs every breakfast?

How much gramme of sugar can I eat a day?

Should I eat more protein ,carb ,fat or eat them all equally?

I don't know if you can help me , I know I'm asking a lot but I want to learn more about nutrition .

Sorry for my English.

Yes. As long as the total daily doesn't exceed your calorie budget.

It doesn't matter as long as the total doesn't exceed your calorie budget.

    Yes.

As much as you want as long as it doesn't exceed your calorie budget. Protein is much better, but calories are calories. If you eat mostly sugar you will spend a lot of time hungry, if you eat mostly protein you won't.

Protein is best calories, fat is essential in moderation, but also the most calorie dense, carbs are OK, but you should be trying for complex carbs like fiber instead of sugar. Sugar isn't evil, but it adds up fast and doesn't have much nutritional value.

You don't have to eat every two hours. Eat when you are hungry. The difference here is that if you eat the right foods you won't be hungry every two or three hours.

If you want to lose weight your average calorie intake every week should be lower than your basal metabolic rate - My Fitness Pal does all the calculations for you.

Yes, I would encourage eating eggs every day because they are filling and nutritious. Do. Not. Leave. Out. The. Yolks.

I would keep sugar intake as low as possible. You simply don't need it.

It's possible to eat too much protein, and it's possible to eat to little. General rule of thumb is to eat one gram of protein per pound of LEAN body weight. You can Google this if you are worried, but eating correctly shouldn't make it too difficult to eat enough protein.

I would say lower your carb intake. Minimise carbs from wheat products like bread, cereal, rice, and sweets - these are unnecessary fillers that tend to make you more hungry. Get your carbs from vegetables and fruits, instead.

DO NOT FEAR FAT. Fat from butter, avocados, olive oil, dairy products (if you can handle them), eggs, meat - it's all fine. Stay away from Trans fats.

I have an open food diary (not very full) if you want to have a look. Note that I don't eat heaps of small meals a day but I have lost about 5kg over the past three months. Do what suits you.

    An example of my day:

Breakfast - late (I'm on holiday). Around 11 am - 12 pm, have two bacon, couple of breakfast sausages, and two eggs.

I am next hungry around 5 - 6. I will either have dinner or make a salad with pesto, brazil nuts, olive oil, feta cheese, grapes - anything yum.

If I don't have a salad I will have dinner which is usually something simple like chicken breast with a bit of cheese, plus some broccoli on the side.

Eating this way works for me, because it is satisfying! Just one opinion. Also, I don't exercise much. I do pilates sometimes, and I lift weights sometimes, but I hate running so I don't do it.
