Is my calorie and excersize plan okay?

I'm 18 years old, a female, 5'3 and 190 pounds. I would love to get down to 150, by losing 2 pounds a week.
Im currently only consuming 1300 calories a day, and starting on the "insanity" work routine. Doing insanity 5 times a week for 40 minutes and the elliptical, once a week for 45 minutes. Is this a good diet plan? Is there something I should change?
