Is my calorie and excersize plan okay?

I'm 18 years old, a female, 5'3 and 190 pounds. I would love to get down to 150, by losing 2 pounds a week.
Im currently only consuming 1300 calories a day, and starting on the "insanity" work routine. Doing insanity 5 times a week for 40 minutes and the elliptical, once a week for 45 minutes. Is this a good diet plan? Is there something I should change?

All you need for weight loss is a calorie deficit which is already factored out for you by MFP. If you're going to exercise, you should eat at least a portion of the calories you earn from exercise. You can literally eat anything you want, just keep it within your goal. But again, weight loss is done with a calorie deficit. Exercise is for fitness (but allows you to eat more so you're not going to feel starving).0

If you are going to be doing a lot of exercising make sure that you get a lot of protein in your diet. 30% or more should do.0
