raspberry ketones/chromium picolinate

Has anyone tried either of these dietary supplements? Did they help?

    They probably have quite a good placebo effect - but then so do mints if you tell yourself they are mega fat burning tablets. There aren't any published, peer reviewed studies that supports these particular supplements, put it that way.

    but sometimes i go to the grocery store open all the raspberry cartons and smell them:flowerforyou:
    works for me :) and its free!

    Click on the little button that says Search - type in raspberry ketones - read the 1,000s of threads that explain they are pure crap and a waste of money - decide if after all that you think they're any good.
  • ah well I had heard on other sites they were good. oh well.

    I saw on another posting that the raspberry ketones gives you " raspberry burps".
