    I'm new! No piccys yet, but that's soon to be amended.
    No details either, but that's because I haven't weighed in.

    Off to the States in 4 months, so would like to shed a few pounds (like 30) to ensure I look less like beached whale than I currently do today:smile:

    Nortonfly, if you're also looking for a support group, feel free to add me. I can be a bit 'hit and miss' when it comes to communicating, but what I lack in continuity I usually make up for with a light-hearted, irreverent attitude and the occasional 'woo hoo' thrown in for good measure.
