ROOOOSEMARY
No seriously, if you see a rosemary-scented perfume/body spray out there, you get your *kitten* on MFP and inbox me about right away.0 -
All of them... I love spices and use a wide variety of them. I probably use garlic, salt, chili powder, and black pepper most frequently, but curry powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, ginger, cinnamon, dill, and oregano are also favorites. Don't even get me started on Mrs. Dash.0

Every spice under the sun LOL everything I cook is always loaded with tons of spices. I almost always have to add the hot chili powder I get from a little indian market I go to, I find that it is spicier than ones I find in the regular super market.0

Garlic powder. I'm usually too lazy to chop garlic. It goes on everything: roasted veggies, pasta, anything with tomatoes!0

My favourite was Ginger Spice followed by Scary Spice0

I love black pepper alot!
Also McCorrick makes a great Cajun and Southwest seasoning! I use it on my fish and chicken all of the time!

Garam masala. I use it in Indian cooking.0

Thyme! I literally sprinkle it on everything. My tilapia, chicken breasts, brown rice, sweet potatoes all get some!0

I love spices, even though I haven't still found a way to use many of them.
The most used for my daily meals are:
- cinnamon: on apple, bananas, yogurts
- black pepper: on salads, soups and pasta
- chili pepper: on soups and sauces
- paprika: on soups
- mustard: especially on sauces
I also use a lot of herbs such as sliced onion, basil, shallot, parsley and so on.
There are plenty of other spices that I've got but that I can rarely use, such as cumin, turmeric, juniper and clove since I haven't found so many ways to use them.0 -

Garam masala - I make a lot of curry!0

Mine is definitely cayenne pepper!! I love hot and spicy food (also it's great for your metabolism).. I spice my chicken, tuna, cottage cheese and egg white omelettes with it.
ooooh and rosemary
I think I use just as much cinnamon, only in sweeter things. I spice my butternut and sweet potato with it, use it in all of my baking such as low carb banana muffins and such, as well as in my oatmeal (loooove overnight cinnamon oatmeal)!!0 -
Garlic for life!
Garlic on portobello mushrooms, garlic on broccoli, garlic in avocado spread.
Hmmm.. garlic.

White pepper, the best pepper for red meat. You have to ask for it in restaurants, but the cooks have it in the back 95% of the time. Use sparingly, but it's WAY better than black pepper.0

I can't stand bland food! :bigsmile:0 -
Fresh garlic and lots of it. Especially this time of year-it has natural anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties. Chop/mince/crush it, let it sit for 10 minutes and those properties increase.
Several have mentioned what spice they add to coffee- cinnamon and cardamom are a lovely way to flavor grounds.0 -
Cayenne pepper... yum! I just had it on tuna for lunch!0
