Fiber supplements are ALWAYS a good idea. Try psyllium capsules. Start with 1 a day then gradually increase until you find a happy medium0

what does a fiber supplement do?0

I eat a high fiber cereal in the morning with flax seed added to it. It tastes great and is low in calories. Keeps me full all morning!0

I take a fiber supplement every day, but it is because I was having digestion issues and issues with bowel movements. I am not particularly sure they would help with weight loss but they are good for your system.0

How are you taking your B12? I take mine sublingually (dissolves under the tongue) I used to take injections, but that got expensive.0

a fibre supplement can help you get more regular, and it also aids in cleansing out your colon.0

Fiber is essential for overall health. It fills you up and causes your body to eliminate the unnecessary excess from your food, once your body has pulled the nutrients from it. Keeping things moving also lowers the incidence of colon cancer.0

Vitafusion fiber gummies, 5g fiber per two gummies. I take them and they work great. Keeps me regular but not too extreme if you know what i mean. Nothing wrong with supplementing fiber to help you get rid of those toxins in the body. If you are not sure ask your doctor?0

I get all my fiber from food. I find it's more effective for me than a supplement.0

I just read that drinking 16 oz of water before you eat, helps you feel full, sooner. I also talked to a biochemist, who suggest taking FiberChoice with calcium before each meal. It absorbs more fat, plus aids in digestion. He said to make sure it has inulin (insulin without the s) Good luck!0
