Don't mind where you're from or how you're doing it, I'd just like to get back into the community and have some accountability again. If anyone else is struggling to shift those last stubborn pounds like I am then post away!
I am 5'3 and started my journey last year at 137lbs. Was 130lbs as of this morning and my goal is 119-122lbs. I am a 5:2 faster and a fan of Jillian Michaels workouts (and Taekwondo).
Even if your goals aren't similar, I'm always up for making new friends!

Hey there I know what you're going through. Happened to me last year as well. I completely changed my diet which worked almost too well to lose those last few pounds. This was before I knew the better way of doing things. If you need help I'd suggest lowering your calorie intake a bit first and see how that works.0

I have lowered my calorie intake but it's only been a few days. Want to make sure my body has enough fuel as I know lowering too much can be dangerous! How did you change your diet for the last few pounds?0
