Inside Sales...so I'm at a desk except for brief walks to the printer lol. Sedentary. I make sure to log my workouts!!!
  • I run my own online store from home, so I've set mine to sedentary, as I spend a lot of time at my pc. I'm working on gathering the will power to take the time out once a day to use the ton of fitness equipment I have in the next room so that I can upgrade to moderately active

Desk job in Marketing, set to sedentary. I walk 2-3 miles in my daily commute and around the office, but I just log actual exercise.

I'm a psych tech, I keep it at sedentary even though every 15 minutes I get up to do rounds. I was considering lightly active but I don't work every day.
