If I am eating regular NY style pizza and I don't eat the crust....how do I subtract the calories?

Just subtract the number you think is in what you didn't eat.......j/k :happy:

So, for exmaple if a slcie was 100calories, then minus the crust, would be 30calories I'd say0 -
and more importantly, don;t eat the pork0

I assume you mean just the end part, not the whole crust, right? I'd remove maybe 10% of the calories, just to be on the safe side. I'm laughing though because usually it has to be some pretty good pizza for me to actually eat the end part too.0 -

If the place has a calorie number for breadsticks, you can eyeball the size of the piece of crust versus a breadstick and estimate that way.0 -
