If I am eating regular NY style pizza and I don't eat the crust....how do I subtract the calories?

    Just subtract the number you think is in what you didn't eat.......j/k :happy:

    Take a guess, that's about it.

    So, for exmaple if a slcie was 100calories, then minus the crust, would be 30calories I'd say

    is that a new diet plan? I don't enjoy the crust, and I want to calculate my caloric intake properly. Is the crust bad for you?

    I assume you mean just the end part, not the whole crust, right? I'd remove maybe 10% of the calories, just to be on the safe side. I'm laughing though because usually it has to be some pretty good pizza for me to actually eat the end part too.

    I like the way you think :laugh:

    If the place has a calorie number for breadsticks, you can eyeball the size of the piece of crust versus a breadstick and estimate that way.

    Estimate how much cheese, sauce and toppings you ate and log them separately.
