    Ohio here. Never knew why Ohio was considered midwest. We're not even close to the west! We're in the Eastern timezone so we should be considered East.

    I live in Indiana (Lafayette/West Lafayette area)! 36 years old, add me if you would like to. I could use all the support I can get. I have been at this since July but fell off over the holidays and now I am back at it. Goal of 80lbs still to go!

    Ohio here. Never knew why Ohio was considered midwest. We're not even close to the west! We're in the Eastern timezone so we should be considered East.

    I grew up in Fort Wayne, IN, and have lived in Chicago, Muncie, Ind., and Indianapolis since graduating college. Moved to DC a year and a half ago but am back in Indiana several times a year to see family and friends :)

    I have struggled with weight since I had my daughter 7 years ago. But I have changed my mindset and motivated myself that this is the year I can get the weight off for good! I have 39lbs to go. Done with all the fad diets/workouts... 1 day at a time/ 1lb at a time!

    It's great you have a gym membership. Working out and getting out of the house will help you feel better.
    In the freezing cold weather its hard to get out and walk.
