Rest! If your normal rest days no longer do it for you, have a week off and come back stronger :flowerforyou:0

Vitamin D... if you have low levels takes a few days, but then you'll feel less tired.0

Caffeine, to keep it legal.
For me; 4 cans of coke zero most days (which actually isn't much).
It's noticeable that I find it easier to quit it when not eating at a deficit.0 -

If I was into bulking to put on muscle, I would drink a lot more coke zero. I'm about 3 times hungrier when I drink it. I really don't know why.
Caffeine pills are great, though.0 -
Some people do find that happens from the artifical sweeteners. Never find that myself, but certainly worth avoiding if it does that for you!0

Oh Damn ! I didn't know i was being filmed0 -
Drink water! Mild dehydration can cause fatigue and tiredness. :drinker:0

In my experience, you have to use energy to have energy.
When I feel lethargic or lacking energy, I typically find that it's just my mind playing tricks on me. What's really going on is usually a lack of motivation or determination. If I force myself to hit the gym or the dojo despite how I feel, I rarely have a problem doing a full workout. I might feel like crap and really want to stop, but if I focus on pushing through it (rather than feeling sorry for myself) then I can still have a great session.
If a stimulant like caffeine helps give you an extra push, then by all means go for it. In the long run though, self-discipline is the most important factor.0 -
That workout.
I still love the paint roller.0
