I resisted! 3% loss this week

I was eating dinner at one of my favorite restaurants and ordered one of my favorite meals: Breaded chicken with gnocche. I wanted to eat the entire meal so badly but had to tell myself that "just this one time" adds up. I ended up eating half the meal, was not hungry and brought the other half to work for lunch. 3% weight loss this week. Yay!

Just felt like sharing that :D
