Hi all
I'm after a bit of advice if possible please.
I'm Male, 5ft 11 and weigh 12 Stone which according to all the BMI calculators etc...is fine.
Yet i have a bit of a stomach, nothing massive but definitely needs losing.
I would love to gain some lean muscle and tone my stomach...
Which is the best option for me in terms of training as ive heard people say just do Cardio or just do Weight training.
Also can anyone advice on supplements to help ?
Thanks

I dont have any advice on the supplements as I dont use them but as for workouts have you tried something like Insanity or P90X. They have been shown to provide really good results for muscle toning and development. Now that I say that though, with you providing your wieght in stone I am assuming you dont live in the US so you would have to see if those workouts are available where you live. Im sure others will have suggestions as well0

Abs are made in the kitchen. To lose fat you have to eat at a deficet....and you probably won't gain muscle at a deficet...(noob gains only).
Best option for training...what you like/love to do.
I personally was doing Weights for 15 weeks but have added in HIIT training just to see what it will do and it's only 21mins...
Supplements yah I can't offer anything there...the most I do is add muscle milk light and protien powder to my smoothie if I am working in the office...but that is for protien...0 -
