Hi fellow mfp users!
I have lost 20lbs (feeling good too!). I have been recalculating every other week, and was down to 1360. However, with these last few pounds, I was bumped back up over 1400....What do you think of this? I like it....but not if it will set me back. These are calorie goals before excercise too. Thanks in Advance for all opinions/explanations.

As you get closer to maintenance, I think it should be fine to slowly add some calories back. I used to be at 1340, then splurged for the holidays, and went straight to maintenance calories, and now I'm back to 1440, because I lowered my goal to 1 lb. a week rather than 2 lb. a week. I wouldn't worry about that extra 40 calories. I have lost a pound since before the holidays. It will be slower than before, but I know I'll just have to keep working on it. Hope this helps! Everybody's different, you just have to figure out what works for you. Good luck.0
