5:2 UK

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for new MFP friends to start the 5:2 journey with me. It's my 40th birthday in June so I want to be fit and fabulous by then and I've got about 2 stone (28lbs) to lose. It's my second fast day today and I'm trying not to climb the walls!!!

I've been on MFP before but I lapsed into bad eating habits and didn't managed to stick to it. I'm determined to do it this time.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated and if you need support too, I'm your woman!!

    I started 5:2 on Monday and have had two fast days - so far so good! I've tried MFP in the past for calorie counting but not community - I'm finding it really useful for the 5:2 though! Happy to be added :flowerforyou:

    I started the 5:2 diet on Tuesday, have had 2 fast days and have lost 5.5lbs so far.
