Is my calorie breakdown good or bad?

Im averaging

55% carbs
10% fat
45% protein

    You really need more fat than that. The healthy kinds of fats from nuts, seeds, my favorite - avocado, etc. Eating such little fat you are likely to be hungry and send yourself into starvation mode. That high of protein can also be hard on your liver if it is meat protein. Where did you get your model from?
