Pedometer

Hi there, my pedometer reads more calories burned than the runtastic ap or myfittnesspal when I go walking. The pedometer also counts more steps. Which should I use to chart my fitness? Has anyone else had similar issues?

I have found pedometer's to be quite inaccurate. They are great to give you an idea of how many steps you are doing a day etc.. but it terms of calories burned its probably better to take the amount runtastic says0

Depends on what you use. I love my fitbit and find it acceptable accurate. Obviously the only 100% accurate way would be to count your steps.0
