Chicago Anyone?

I started losing weight with this app at the end of February last year and have now lost over 110lbs with a little bit left to go. I ate a 1500 calorie a day diet and worked out 3 to 5 times a week. There were no other tricks, it was just a common sense approach mixed in with willpower. I know people are just starting out with their diets and might feel discouraged at the road ahead. I just focused on day-to-day approach without trying to look ahead. If I ate less and exercised more than I knew I would lose weight.

I recently discovered the message boards. If there is anyone who wants to chat please message me. Anybody from Chicago out there?
