Wow, first hello everyone I can't say that I'm new because I've been here before back in 2011. I haven't lost any weight but I haven't gained any either. Life happened and I had to step away from the internet for a bit and deal with a few issues. Plus I had a baby a year ago to add to the "life" lol. Now I need to work harder than before to lose weight and be strong for my children as well as myself. I'm ready and I'm here to the end! This is a mind over matter and a need to do. I will make it a MUST to log in every morning that I wake and every night before I sleep and post what is needed.
