Hey!!!

Ok, I'm not new here. But working strictly off of my phone app kind of sucks. I can't get to the message boards or meet new cool people, like you :) This is my first time logging on MFP through a computer in a long time (since mine died a while back :( )

I have lost a total of 46 pounds to date. I am not looking at losing anymore, I'm pretty darn happy where I am at. I work out 5-6 week. I pretty much lift, strictly ( I lose weight too easy with cardio) I have toned up a lot :) This is by no means bragging, I'm just letting you know that you can do this as well :)

I am looking into eventually doing a bikini fitness competition.

    Get job V, from your pic you look like you’re ready for competition now.
    This site is really great I wish I had been introduced to it sooner, the food log has really changed my perspective big time. I knew I was not eating right but the logging tool has really opened my eyes.
    Best of luck with you maintaining and if you go into competition.
